NEIGHBORHOOD SAFETY
The Neighborhood Safety committee implements programs and provides resources that promote neighborhood safety to:
- Encourage blocks to become active and organized through block watches/clubs or other formats
- Encourage interaction, communication and relationship-building between neighbors
- Connect residents to law enforcement and other community resources.
The committee urges those with an interest to join the committee and to consider attending the District 3 crime and safety meetings held on the last Thursday of each month at 6PM at the District 3 station (2333 N 49th St. 414-935-7233). For more information or to find the date of the next scheduled Neighborhood Safety meeting, send an email to n.safety@whna.net
