Join us on Saturday, February 25th, 11AM – 12:30PM to learn about purchasing a home in the Washington Heights! Our Buying Seminar is designed for those with an interest in moving into our historic neighborhood and want to benefit from city and community support to purchase and/or rehab a Washington Heights home.
The Heights is a neighborhood established more than 100 years ago at a time when homes were designed and built with pride and workmanship. There are many current homes to choose from with some in mint condition and others that need some TLC to restore them to their former glory.
