The Washington Heights Neighborhood Association (WHNA) Board was recently made aware of an accounting issue allegedly involving the Board’s Treasurer. A special meeting was called and the Board unanimously voted to immediately remove the Treasurer from the position. A police investigation is currently underway and the Board is working with authorities to resolve this issue.
