Vliet Street Traffic Calming Corridor Walk

The City of Milwaukee Department of Public Works (DPW) and Alderwoman Sharlen Moore are holding a corridor walk of W. Vliet Street on Monday, May 12 at 6 p.m. for neighbors to walk the area together, discuss experiences on the street and learn about traffic calming measures that may be included in a future project to help improve safety for all users. Neighbors should meet at the intersection of W. Vliet and N. 60th streets at 6 p.m. The walk will continue east to N. 48th Street and then convene at Wick Field (4929 W. Vliet Street) for conversation. More information can be found here.
