Establish and maintain effective electronic systems that provide residents with Association announcements, news and other information pertinent to the neighborhood.

Publish WHNA newsletter at least four times annually; development of editorial content, design and copy layout, printing and distribution, solicitation of advertising, collection of advertising revenues.
