Maintains the WHNA website. Execute all activities necessary for the website, including but not limited to development of editorial content, design and layout.  Establish and maintain effective electronic systems that provide residents with Association announcements, news and other information pertinent to the neighborhood.

Publish WHNA newsletter at least four times annually; development of editorial content, design and copy layout, printing and distribution, solicitation of advertising, collection of advertising revenues.
